Jon Asumendi

Jon Asumendi is a Senior Vice President in Acquisitions at Starwood Capital Group. In this role, he is responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and executing investments across all property types, with a focus on Southern Europe and European hotels. He has been involved in both equity and debt investments involving corporate acquisitions, direct real estate investment in hotels, logistics and office, and distressed loan pools.
